Due to a 2003 Federal Communications Commission ("FCC")
Order (see FCC docket number
CC Docket No. 96-128; adopted Sep. 30, 2003; released
Oct. 3, 2003), the charge to Family Calling Plan,
LLC ("Company") by its third-party telecommunications
provider for completion of a call from a payphone by a
Company Customer has increased. As a consequence,
Company is raising the surcharge it collects from its
Customers for completed calls from payphones from
$.38 per call to $.80 per call.
The new surcharge will take effect September 27, 2004.
